About Risys

About Us

Risys set out from Riyadh with a clear goal: to deliver security-system, network, communications, and smart-building projects with a documented methodology that starts from understanding the need and the survey, then design, execution, commissioning, and handover. That is why our way of working differs from merely selling devices or carrying out unstructured installations.
The founding story

About us: Risys was founded to close a clear gap in the market.

As projects and facilities grew in Riyadh, the need increased for a party that could design the solution, supply its components, execute it, then hand it over and operate it as an integrated system. The problem was not the availability of devices, but the absence of a party to manage the whole project with a clear methodology. That is why Risys was founded — to deliver integrated solutions that start with planning and end with commissioning and handover.

Risys covers CCTV surveillance, access control, video intercom, networks and infrastructure, audio systems, PBX and communications, smart homes, building management systems, and vehicle tracking. With field execution within Riyadh, and supply available to the various regions of the Kingdom depending on project scope.

Over the years, Risys has focused on developing a clear execution methodology that starts with understanding the need and the engineering design, then supply, execution, and commissioning, and ends with testing and approved handover. The goal is not to install devices that merely work, but to hand over a system ready to use with confidence.

That is why clients treat Risys as a technical execution partner that works to a clear engineering vision, not as a supplier that sells a product list and whose job ends at delivery.

The site first, then the devices. That is why results at handover are more precise and more reliable than solutions chosen before the site’s operational reality is understood.

The operating principle at Risys
· // Founding philosophy
Why Riyadh

A deliberate focus on a single city.

Working within a single city in depth gives a better understanding of sites, faster surveys and execution, and a greater ability to follow up and support. That is why Risys focuses on Riyadh for field work, with a practical understanding of the project environment, facility requirements, and the expectations of facility managers, procurement departments, and the local and international entities operating in the capital.
The team & operational expertise

What the team checks first
before talking about any device

Real expertise is not measured by the number of certificates or years in business, but by the ability to spot problems before they turn into costly rework. When the team arrives on site, its first questions are about the site itself — its nature, its weak points, and its operating requirements — not about the product we'll recommend.

Is the site ready for execution?

Site constraints, working hours, access requirements, and cabling routes. We determine what can be executed on site and what needs advance preparation before the project begins.
// Site readiness

Are the cabling routes available?

Ceilings, walls, conduits, and shared routes. Cabling quality directly affects reliability, ease of maintenance, and the project's final appearance.
// Cabling

Are the power and network points available?

Power, network, rack locations, and recording devices. These are verified on site before execution rather than relying on assumptions.
// Power and network

Is the coverage based on the site's reality?

Coverage points and viewing angles are set based on the site's actual layout and movement routes, not on a generic idea or a product catalogue.
// Coverage

Who will run the system after handover?

Users, permissions, training, and the daily operating routine. These are taken into account from the start of the project, not after installation ends.
// User and operation

What is verified before handover?

System testing, settings review, user training, and handover documentation. The system is approved in its real operating environment before the project is closed.

What we commit to

Values that show in behaviour
not in slogans

These are not slogans hung on a wall. Each value shows in how the project actually runs within the team, from survey through handover and operation.
// Value 01

Quality before speed

Projects that start with installation before planning often end with extra adjustments and unexpected costs. That is why we start by understanding the site, defining coverage, documenting requirements, and preparing a clear execution plan before supply or installation. This is not an add-on service, but a core part of how we work.
// Value 02

Documented, verifiable handover

A project is not considered complete simply because the devices power on. Handover includes performance testing, settings review, user training, and confirming the system works in its real environment before the project is approved and closed.
Value 03

Organised execution that eases maintenance

Organising cabling, arranging components, and maintaining a professional appearance is not merely a cosmetic aspect. Organised execution reduces fault-diagnosis time, eases maintenance and future expansions, and reflects the quality of execution from day one.
// Value 04

Post-commissioning follow-up

A project's success is not measured by the first moment of operation alone. That is why follow-up continues after handover to confirm stable performance, review any operational observations, and adjust settings as needed during the transition into real use.
Proof of capability

Trust signals backed by the actual operating model

Not awards, and not unsupported claims. The following four pillars describe what actually happens during execution and handover — and exactly where the service boundary stands.
01 //

Field service scope

Installation and field support within Riyadh exclusively, while supply covers all regions of the Kingdom. This is a precise definition of the scope in which we guarantee delivery at the required level.
Scope
02 //

Post-installation support

A full month of support after handover, including follow-up on settings and programming, verification of operation, and addressing any observations that appear during the system's initial stabilisation period.
Support
03 //

Manufacturing-defect warranty

One full year against manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer's terms and coverage. The warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or any condition outside the manufacturer's scope.
Warranty
04 //

A documented methodology

Engineering design before execution, a documented project handover, formal testing and acceptance before the project is closed, and a clean, organised installation with tidy cabling and a disciplined final finish.
