2. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the website, online orders, requests for quotation, purchase orders and services supplied by RISYS. By using the website, submitting an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to the current version of these terms and the related policies, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
If a written project quotation or contract conflicts with these terms, the specific written terms prevail to the extent of the conflict. No change is binding unless issued or accepted by RISYS in writing or electronically.
3. Products, information and pricing
We take reasonable care to describe specifications, images and availability accurately. Colours, packaging or non-material details may vary. The description in the product page or accepted quotation is controlling, and obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Consumer product prices include 15% VAT. Corporate quotations may state amounts before VAT, but will show the subtotal, VAT at 15%, the VAT-inclusive total and known shipping or installation charges. Prices exclude work, accessories and materials not expressly listed.
4. Orders, quotations and availability
An order or purchase order is not final acceptance and does not by itself reserve stock. A commitment arises only after written or electronic acceptance or an accepted purchase order, full payment and RISYS confirmation of availability, unless the quotation states otherwise. Lead time begins after full payment and availability confirmation.
Quotations remain valid for 15 days unless another period is stated. Full payment is normally required upfront; no partial deposit is required as a general rule. Custom, programmed or supplier-ordered products remain subject to availability and the quotation terms and may not be cancellable or returnable where permitted by law.
5. Payment and invoices
Available methods may include Mada, Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery or other local methods supported by the final payment provider. A method displayed at checkout is confirmation of availability for that order only. Cash on delivery may be restricted by location, order value or product type.
A bank-transfer order is provisionally held for 24 hours and preparation begins only after cleared funds are verified. Invoices are issued using the customer or business information supplied, and the customer is responsible for its accuracy.
6. Surveys, services and installation
A free site survey may be offered within Riyadh for eligible requests after management assessment. It is not an automatic entitlement. Fees for other visits are disclosed in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
If access is unavailable, the site is not ready or no authorised representative attends, RISYS may cancel or reschedule and charge a new visit fee disclosed in advance. Heavy construction, civil or electrical work and heavy equipment are excluded unless expressly quoted. Site changes require a separate approved change order.
Supply is available across Saudi Arabia where feasible. General field installation and support are limited to Riyadh unless a written quotation states otherwise. See the Shipping, Delivery and Installation Policy.
7. Customer obligations and accounts
- Provide accurate, complete information and keep it current.
- Protect account credentials and report unauthorised use.
- Ensure site, power, network, permits and safe access are ready unless RISYS expressly undertakes a specific item.
- Do not misuse, disrupt or probe the website or infringe another person’s rights.
- Have lawful authority to provide third-party data, images or plans.
8. Intellectual property and privacy
Rights in the website, trade marks, content, designs and technical documents owned by RISYS or its licensors remain reserved. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without permission, except for lawful personal or internal business use.
Personal data is processed under the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Payment gateways, carriers and external links may operate under their own policies.
9. Liability and force majeure
We supply products and services with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed description. These terms do not exclude any liability, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RISYS is not liable for indirect losses caused by misuse, site conditions, power or network failure, customer settings or third-party services outside its reasonable control.
RISYS is not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including supplier or carrier delay, official restrictions, disasters or communications disruption. We will notify you of material delays and take reasonable steps to reduce their effect.
10. Complaints, governing law and updates
Send complaints and support or privacy requests to [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, provide an initial response within 5 business days and target closure within 15 business days. Technical cases and matters involving a supplier or carrier may take longer; we will provide updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and competent Saudi authorities and courts have jurisdiction, subject to available statutory resolution channels. We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The latest date appears above, and material notice will be given where required.
