Grandstream GRP2615 10-Line IP Phone 40 BLF Keys

The Grandstream GRP2615 is a 10-line professional carrier-grade IP phone built for desks that handle a high volume of calls rather than a single extension. Its single 4.3-inch color display at 480×272 resolution gives more room for a call log, directory, or multi-line view than a smaller dual-screen layout, and ten physical line keys paired with forty BLF keys let one handset monitor a large group of colleagues at a glance. Sixteen SIP accounts support registering the phone across several extensions or trunks at once. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth carry over the GRP26 family’s full connectivity set, so the Grandstream GRP2615 keeps the same wired, wireless, and PoE flexibility as the rest of the line while adding the key count and screen size a busy seat needs.

Grandstream GRP2615 for High-Volume Extensions

Forty BLF keys is the number that defines this phone’s role: a receptionist, dispatcher, or team lead can watch the live status – idle, ringing, or busy – of up to forty colleagues without leaving the home screen, and transfer a call to any of them with a single key press. Ten physical line keys mean the phone itself can carry several outside lines or department numbers without relying entirely on soft keys, and the 4.3-inch display has enough space to show an incoming caller’s name alongside the BLF grid rather than replacing one view with the other. RJ9 and USB headset support both work here, so a seat that stays on calls for most of a shift can use either a corded or a USB headset without an adapter. The large color display also makes long colleague names on the BLF grid easier to read at a glance, which cuts down on misdirected transfers when many similar names sit on the same screen.

Where It Fits on a Saudi Office Floor

This is the phone for the front desk of a clinic, the operator seat of a logistics office, or the dispatch desk of a facilities team – any role in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam commercial buildings where one person needs live visibility over many extensions at once. Organizations running more than one branch or department from a single administrative office benefit in particular from the phone’s sixteen SIP accounts, since one central receptionist can watch several branches’ lines from a single handset instead of switching between phones. Dual Gigabit Ethernet with PoE lets it run from a single switch port while still passing a second Ethernet connection to a nearby PC, keeping the desk’s cabling simple even when the phone itself carries a heavier connectivity load than a standard extension. Where a desk sits away from a structured cabling run – a temporary dispatch station or a satellite reception point – dual-band Wi-Fi 6 on hardware version 5.0 and newer keeps the phone on the network without new cable work.

Positioning Within the GRP26 Family

Compared with the family’s more compact dual-screen models built for a standard desk extension, the GRP2615 trades the second small screen for one larger display and adds a much bigger bank of programmable BLF keys – the right trade for a seat that spends its day watching other people’s line status rather than just handling its own calls. A buyer deciding between models in this line should match the seat to the key count it actually needs: an individual desk with light call volume doesn’t need forty BLF keys, but a receptionist or dispatcher covering a whole department does, and the GRP2615 is built specifically for that heavier role.

Deployment Notes

PoE support means the phone can be powered directly from the network switch, which matters for a dispatch or reception desk where a tangle of power bricks near a counter is both a safety and a tidiness issue. Security is handled the same way as the rest of the family – secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage – so a phone occupying a high-visibility front desk role is provisioned with the same protection as the rest of the deployment, and the dual headset options let IT standardize on either wired or USB headsets across the seats that need them most.
